This is a very important occasion and precious movement for the
BPL family. On 75th Independence day celebration started from 13th August
2022. We also celebrated Har Ghar Tiranga mission. We started with flag
hoisting
by Shri Bharat Desai (MD), Mrs. Hima Desai (President – Commercial) and Mr.
Hemang Shah (Director- Works) at 08:55 am, sung our national anthem, after
that Shri Bharat Desai and Shri Hima Desai gave wishes to
all employees and workers. They also suggested and requested all employees
to participate in the Har Ghar Tringa mission to hoist our national flag
from their employee's home terrace.

Retirement is not the end of the road. It is the beginning of the highway. This is a warm sadness situation for senior management, senior staff, juniors and colleagues to leave any employee from one family. These employees spend more than 15- 20 years in Bharat Parenterals Limited and now they are going to retire from BPL. They gave their best and support BPL. All seniors and their teammates were given best wishes for their retirement.
Yoga is an ancient Indian practice that helps to boost one’s mental and social well-being. Yoga is more than just asanas. It is a means of unlocking our infinite possibilities and power. The high benefits of Yoga have made it a popular practice all over the world. The theme for International Yoga Day 2022 is ‘Yoga for Humanity. All BPL employees are highly excited to participate and do yoga on International Yoga day under the supervision of Mrs. Pragna Bhatt (Yoga Instructor). Now every employees are continue doing the yoga practices at their home and fit for their life.
International Women's Day is one of the most important days of the year to celebrate women's achievements and raise awareness about women's equality. On this occasion, all the women staff and workers are participating. Our president – commercial (Mrs. Hima Desai) remains present with their guests to boost the moral. BPL had organized the competition to make homemade handicraft designs for homes and offices, so all staff and workers participate and win the prizes. Dance competition, ramp modeling with were major highlight of the event. Finally, all females dances and enjoy the women's days at BPL.
On the occasion of India’s 75th independence day, BPL celebrated the true spirit of Patriotism with style and grandeur on 14th August 2021.
Certainly, celebrating independence day is not just a simple occasion but it is indeed a special day for rejoicing in the true spirit to the core. It gave us another opportunity to interact with our fellow peers, getting with each other for Fun activated and enjoying the occasion to the fullest.
India is a country where hundreds of festivals are celebrated throughout the year. Since it is a land of various cultures, traditions, religions, ethnicities and practices, the festivals celebrated in the country are varied, colorful and vibrant. This year, the festival of Raksha Bandhan will be celebrated on August 22, 2021. Same in one organization there are different cultures and religions people are employed. They are enthusiastic and enjoy this festival in the office. They came with an innovative idea to celebrate this festival by showing their love and respect toward their sister and brother.
Yoga is a booster for life. Having its origins in ancient India, Yoga is all about the system that aims at the holistic wellness of humans including the body, mind, and spirit. The idea of International Yoga Day spread awareness about the invaluable benefits of Yoga among the world community for physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. On this day, BPL employees are participating in Yoga practice and awareness programs with the enthusiastic yoga trainer Mrs. Pragna Bhatt. She delivered a wonderful speech and yoga session with Yoga Asana. All participants have enjoyed this movement and learn some new tips for their day-to-day personal and professional life.
An employee given their review is an official statement from an employee that explains what they like about their job or company, what it’s like to work there, what a typical day looks like, and how they’ve developed both professionally and personally during their period of employment. In which they are also provided the suggestion for organization development. Although employee reviews can successfully post in BPL in a great light, All reviews are ordinary and original sharing a specific positive the organization. It shows BPL's culture and values in action.

Make Rewarding and Recognition ceremony at BPL. Reward and recognition program is a special program developed by companies to recognize employees for their contributions to the success of a business. Effective employee recognition programs help to attract and retain top talent, and ensure that employees feel valued, appreciated, and motivated to achieve company goals. This ceremony gives boost and motivation to all department and individual employees. This program gives high inspiration to all new joiners and existing employees. So all employee should keep their same objective to reach company goals also keep BPL mission and vision with follow work ethics.
Celebrate this International Women’s Day on March 8th with all BPL women employees. Share with them motivating Women’s Day corporate messages and Happy women’s day wishes for employees. Wishing one another all women employees in BPL with International Women’s Day email greetings to share.
On this day all women enjoy and participate in cultural programs and painting competitions, team-building games, singing and playing musical instruments.
Diwali is the festival of light, wearing traditional ethnic clothes, meeting with neighbor's, colleagues, friends, and lighting lamps. On 03/11/2021 BPL employees are wearing traditional ethnic wear on Diwali occasions and enjoy the post-Diwali celebration at the BPL campus. All employees were wearing traditional ethnic wear. In the evening time, Management and all employees assembled at the garden for wishing each other along with sweet distributed by management.
All senior management and staff of BPL are celebrated World Environment Day on Saturday 5th June 2021 at the BPL campus.
Mr. Himang Shah, Director (Works) BPL said this is all human responsibility and employees should do plant sapling around their house, garden and in company premises or surrounding, whenever they get the time they have to take care of plants and trees. If we love plants and trees then humans will survive for a longer time. These plants and trees give and thanks to them for protection, cool breeze, and shade during hot summers and the main important thing is oxygen.
